Therefore it is no big surprise that Hasbro's brightest minds have been releasing a number of crossbow-like blasters over the last year or so. The Nerf N-Strike Elite XD CrossBolt (and the Rebelle Diamondista) are the beginning of something new, though: Instead of the faux crossbows that we are used to by now they actually work like a real crossbow (without the possibility of injury or death, of course): The dart is directly propelled by the string. As if that wasn't cool enough the CrossBolt is a clip system compatible blaster - and a bullpup to boot! Ranges are as awesome as those of other XD blaster. 12 Elite darts and one 12-dart clip is included in the bundle. Attention! Only suitable for children over 8 years. Do not aim at eyes or face. Do not use other projectiles except those of the manufacturer. Not suitable for children under 3 years as small parts may be swallowed. Danger of suffocation!
